Hi Landria,I am currently starting your course Break Through Fear, I’m up to exercise three (I signed up yesterday). I had Cognitive Behavior Therapy in August of 2017, with a trained therapist. I have to say, your Break Through Fear course is literally better than therapy. My lovely therapist Claire was a fully trained member of the National Health Service and I adored her immensely, but just the first few segments of this course have been far more illuminating to me. Far more in-depth, challenging and surprising. Therapy taught me how to “ignore” and “move on” from people. I feel like this course is going to teach me not only to move on, but to love those who hurt me, love myself and hold no negativity in my vibration. I’m so ready…With kind regards
